We believe in creating a place where couples feel safe with us, so we can infuse the wedding design with meaningful details & maintain an atmosphere where brides, grooms, and their families are free to invest in each other throughout the big milestones and the little moments.

Styling & Execution Collection

(60 days out)

Maybe you’ve done a lot of the preliminary work, but feel overwhelmed at the idea of executing it all right before the big day. We’re here to help.

  • Commonly referred to as a month-of collection, we will meet in the month leading up to your wedding and ensure that all vendors and timelines are confirmed for your day.
  • HHE will coordinate and manage all of your vendors, styling and logistic details.
  • I will be on site the entire day, from set up & styling to deliveries to clean up, to ensure things run smoothly & you get to party the night away.
Design, Styling & Execution Collection

(90 days out)

This would fit well if you’ve already done some research, but realized you need styling direction in planning ahead as well the crunch time before the wedding day itself. That’s our specialty!

  • I will join you 3 months prior to your wedding to pull everything together down to the last detail, complete with vendor confirmations and day of timelines.
  • This package also includes full day-of coordination so that you can just enjoy the festivities looking your very best!
HHE Design & Full Planning Collection

This is an unparalleled experience, and our favorite way to get deep to the heart of our clients. Want to enjoy every part of the process without stressing over logistics? We’ll team up with you & take care of all the details!

  • From choosing a color palette, ordering invitations, menu, escort cards, vendor selection, welcome bags, table numbers and installations to tastings, sparkler send offs, rentals and linens, we will work together to curate your uniquely beautiful love story—and be great friends by the end!
  • From the day you become a Harper Hadley Couple, you will feel relaxed and free to invest in your relationships with your dearest.
  • You will receive a full design proposal and budget estimation, all of my creative inspiration and guidance, as well as an unparalleled client experience to make your planning a breeze.
Design Book Collection

Having trouble creating a cohesive vision for your day but not sure you can afford a collection? Or, maybe I’m booked for your day but you’d still like some creative direction? We’ve got your back!

  • We will meet to find out what you envision for your wedding day and how to bring it to life.
  • You will receive a full design proposal with inspiration, color palette, and sourcing notes for you to coordinate and execute the design we create together.
  • You can take the ideas we curate and source whichever vendors, props, and details you’d like! You will receive 2 revisions. Each additional revision will be $75.
